Job Overview
Hotel BPM Brooklyn is seeking an experienced General Manager with a strong background in boutique hotel operations and a deep understanding of the New York City and Brooklyn markets & hospitality laws. This role requires a visionary leader who can deliver exceptional guest experiences, optimize operations, and lead a dynamic team while maintaining the distinctive identity of Hotel BPM.
Responsibilities and Impact May Include
• Boutique Hotel Operations: Manage all aspects of hotel operations with a hands-on approach, ensuring alignment with the boutique ethos of Hotel BPM.
• Guest Experience Leadership: Create and maintain personalized, high-quality guest experiences that embody the Brooklyn culture and BPM’s music-inspired identity.
• Revenue Optimization: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and profitability, leveraging expertise in the competitive NYC and Brooklyn markets.
• Team Management: Build, inspire, and lead a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative workplace culture.

Experience and Skills
