Hotel BPM, opened its 1st location in Brooklyn, New York, offers a music-inspired boutique hotel experience. From curated playlists in every room to pop-up DJ events, we blend modern hospitality with vibrant, music-focused energy. "BPM" stands for "beats per minute," because we’re all about that DJ-inspired, music loving vibe. With on-property dining, grab & go market, and an atmosphere that’s as much a vibe as your playlist, this is where you kick back, explore, and vibe on your own terms. For travelers who want a stay with style and energy, Hotel BPM is where you Stay On Beat®. Originally opening in 2012 in the Industry City area of Brooklyn, New York—come catch the rhythm!

Yes, you can modify or cancel your booking by contacting our team directly or through the platform you booked on. Please review the cancellation policy for details on the rate you booked as policies may vary.
Booking Requirements:
You must be 21 or older to book a room at Hotel BPM.
Check-In:
We aim to have your guest room ready and available for check-in by 4pm. For your security, we’ll need a valid government or state-issued photo ID and a credit card at check-in.
Check-Out:
Need a bit more time after our 12pm checkout? We’ll do our best to accommodate when possible, at an additional fee. If not, we’re happy to store your belongings for a few hours only —free of charge, while your out exploring. If late checkout is available, a fee may apply:
Checkout at 2pm: Additional fee
Checkout after 2pm: Full Current Day Rate

No pets, no paws, no problem—except for service animals, they’re always welcome to keep the rhythm going. Hotel BPM is all about the beats, not the barks—so you can Stay On Beat® without any furry distractions!
All rooms are non-smoking. If you’re getting lit, keep it fun—but not with a cigarette, cigar, vape, or other items inside! A $250 smoking fee plus taxes will apply. Head outside, it’s the perfect chance to catch the vibe—and maybe make a new connection!
Totally! Just drop them at the front desk, and we’ll hold onto them until you’re ready to roll. We provide complimentary same day only luggage storage for guests before check-in and after check-out. Whether you’re exploring Brooklyn or attending a nearby event, we’ll hold your bags securely.

Our music provider works directly with major labels like Universal, Sony, and Warner to make sure royalties go back to the artists, producers, and creators. The best part? This partnership helps artists get paid about 5 times more than they would through streaming services. So while you vibe, the artists are getting the credit they deserve!
