With on-property dining, grab & go market, and an atmosphere that’s as much a vibe as your playlist, this is where you kick back, explore, and vibe on your own terms. For travelers who want a stay with style and energy, Hotel BPM is where you Stay On Beat®. Originally opening in 2012 in the Industry City area of Brooklyn, New York—come catch the rhythm!

Booking Requirements:

You must be 21 or older to book a room at Hotel BPM.

Check-In:

For your security, we’ll need a valid government or state-issued photo ID and a credit card at check-in.

Check-Out:

Need a bit more time after our 12pm checkout? We’ll do our best to accommodate when possible, at an additional fee. If not, we’re happy to store your belongings for a few hours only —free of charge, while your out exploring. If late checkout is available, a fee may apply:

Checkout at 2pm: $50
Checkout after 2pm: Full Current Day Rate

No pets, no paws, no problem—except for service animals, they’re always welcome to keep the rhythm going. Hotel BPM is all about the beats, not the barks—so you can Stay On Beat® without any furry distractions!

All rooms are non-smoking. If you’re getting lit, keep it fun—but not with a cigarette, cigar, vape, or other items inside! A $250 smoking fee plus taxes will apply. Head outside, it’s the perfect chance to catch the vibe—and maybe make a new connection!

Totally! Just drop them at the front desk, and we’ll hold onto them until you’re ready to roll.

Definitely! From the roof to the restaurant, we’ve got you covered. Whether it’s a photoshoot, music video, or pop-up event, all areas of the hotel can be yours to bring your vision to life! Feel free to contact us.

100%! Our music is fully licensed through ASCAP, BMI, and GMR, so every beat is legit. Our music provider works directly with major labels like Universal, Sony, and Warner to make sure royalties go back to the artists, producers, and creators. The best part? This partnership helps artists get paid about 5 times more than they would through streaming services. So while you vibe, the artists are getting the credit they deserve!

Yes, we care—a lot. At Hotel BPM and across our Independent Collection, sustainability is at the heart of what we do. 

Here’s how we’re keeping it green:

• LED Lighting: Energy-efficient lighting is used throughout our hotels to minimize energy use.

• Water Fill Stations: Stay hydrated and eco-conscious with refillable water stations to cut down on single-use plastics.

• Refillable Bathroom Products: Forget tiny bottles. We’ve embraced sustainable large dispensers for soaps, shampoos, conditioners, and lotions.

• Ellis Brooklyn: At Hotel BPM, we proudly partner with this Brooklyn-based, clean beauty brand to bring sustainable luxury to your stay. Their cruelty-free, vegan, and eco-friendly bath amenities elevate your experience while keeping it local.

• Klur: At our Independent Collection properties, such as the Benjamin Rush Hotel, we feature Klur’s minimalist, sustainable skincare line. Klur is not only rooted in clean beauty and eco-conscious practices but is also proudly Black-owned and woman-owned. Its commitment to equality, inclusivity, and sustainability aligns with our values, offering guests high-quality, thoughtful amenities that reflect care for both people and the planet.
